When Britta was six years old, she and her Mother immigrated to America.
Britta spent her life with a gusto matched by few people - ever. She always had time to stop 'in the moment' and share a story with a stranger. Many of these 'strangers' became friends, and many remained friends for a lifetime.
A conversation with Britta always left one feeling like a better person; her charm, confidence and poise were at once inspiring and empowering.
That she truly cared about each individual was unquestionable.
Throughout Britta's life, she mentioned how she would like to have a cafe, possibly a bakery, a place where she could enjoy the company of strangers and friends!
